⚡ Our weekly intake is limited to maintain quality. Slot availability does not constitute a contract. A binding service agreement is formed only upon mutual written confirmation and receipt of applicable payment.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By engaging with us, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

We retain ownership of our processes, frameworks, templates, tooling, proprietary methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services.
Third-party tools: Some deliverables may incorporate third-party open-source software, libraries, or frameworks. Your use of such components is subject to their respective licences.
Payment terms: Fees for services are as outlined in the applicable service package or custom agreement. Payment terms, accepted currencies (fiat and/or cryptocurrency), and payment schedules will be specified in your project agreement.
Deposit policy: We typically require a deposit before commencing work. The deposit amount and schedule will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated below.

Informal resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party and attempting to negotiate a resolution in good faith for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Governing law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Base Parody is principally operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any project-specific service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Base Parody regarding your use of our services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
